Vegans avoid eating an food or using any productthat comes from animals. All meats, eggs and dairy products are off limits. Also wool, leather and fur are out. The vegan diet is one of grains, vegetables, fruits and beans and legumes.

Try to eat all kind of edible vegetables that you can get, cooked or raw, no need spicing or dressing. Eat them whenever you feel hungry. Gradually you will love them. Soon, your love of animals will come from your heart, not your stomach. And that is a true love!

Research this first to make sure it is what you want to do. You can only have plants, trees, and fruits. No diary, no meat, and nothing processed. There are many books and websites out there with support to help you convert to being a vegan without it being hard for you.

In order to become a vegan you can not eat any type of meat. This includes chicken pork and beef. Your diet will be based off plants, fruits, and vegetables. Vegans feel it is unethical to eat any type of animal so you need to avoid meat all together in your diet

To become a vegan, you should not eat anything that comes from an animal. That includes meat, milk, butter, etc. Only eat vegetables, fruits, spices. Read labels and make sure they don't have any animal products labeled on it.

If you are seriously considering becoming a vegan, then you should eat vegetables, fruits, and grains in the raw, (that means uncooked). You must avoid meats, dairy, and products which are cooked.

Becoming vegan is easier than you think. Of course, giving up meat, dairy, leather, wool, etc. is not enough: you must be vigilant when it comes to reading labels. Thankfully, there are many websites, forums, and groups that will offer support and advice.
