How do I become a pediatric nurse?

First you need to get a degree in nursing. You can either get a bachelor's of science degree in nursing or you can pursue an associate's degree. Then you must pass your licensing exams. After those steps, you can look for a job as a pediatric nurse.

The normal path is college and majoring in nursing. Most nursing schools prepare you to be a general practice nurse. Upon passing your RN exam, you can then attempt to find a Pediatric nursing training program, these are usually praticum training programs conducted by specific hospitals. You best better would be to look for Children hospitals for this training
