411 is Information, you cannot add your number to it, if you are listed online, in the phone book or some other manner for the public to contact you then when someone calls 411 and requests your number they will be able to find you.
In most cases, when you order phone service on a land line, it is already listed in 411, and will show up in the next years phone book. Other wise, contact your service provider, and ask them to please place you on the list.
In order for your phone number to be added to 411 so that people call call 411 and ask for it, you need to call your phone service provider and tell them you want your phone number to be listed and they will then make your phone number public for you.
