You can't really add a room to a mobile home unless you mean dividing up one room into two rooms.

You can add a room to your mobile home by purchasing a thinner refrigerator, and use bunk beds to add more space for other guests who live with you. You may also add shelves for extra item, like: books, cable equiptment, and clothing
