Replacing a closet door with a bi-fold door is not difficult to accomplish. All hardware is included with the door. Hardest part is putting in the center hardware, which may need adjustment to close properly.

It depends on your DIY skills and whether you have the tools. I would consider using a kit with the tracks and hardware included to make it simpler.
