The best way is to take a blood/paternity test. Any other weigh is impossible to tell (i. e. looks, size, other features or charachteristics, etc. )

well first off figure out about when the baby's mother became pregnant and if that corresponds to a time when you two had sex if still unsure get dna test

The best way to know for certain if you are the father or not is to obtain a DNA test. There are many places in which you can go to get them done. I would recommend that you get it done by a professional and not do an over the counter test.

You can tell if your the baby's father by seeing if the baby resembles you in any way. Are his/her eyes like yours, how about the nose. But if you really want to know for sure, then the best way is to have both yours and the baby's DNA tested.
