The easiest way to increase your vertical leap is simply to jump a lot. There are jumping platforms that you can buy that have bungee chords you strap on, and then you have to jump with the bungee chords attached. However, I dont think you need any fancy machines. Simply jump 10 times, wait ten seconds, repeat ten sets.

Verticle leap can be increased by stretching the hip flexors, calf muscles, and achilles tendons on a regular basis. Increased flexibility allows for increased spring in yout jump

The key to a good vertical leap is explosive power. Plyometric exercises help develop the fast-twitch muscles in your legs that you need to jump high. Practice jumping up to a platform holding something heavy, like a medicine ball. Do both single and two leg jumps. Also if you have any extra weight in your belly, lose it!

Well I think it takes a lot of training and practice. You really need to work out your legs and thighs.
