The Cat needs to be properly examined by a vet. In general there are two methods in which it could be treated: Surgery and cage rest. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Treated well he might have some motion problems but he can still live a long and good life.

A broken pelvis is a very serious injury, but if treated properly the kitten should not die. Surgery can be done to repair the injury using pins to fix it.

Well it may be expensive but a veterinarian can perform a operation to repair the pelvis bone. The cat could be in a cast for a while. It may be more humane to put the cat to sleep.

Depending on how bad the break is the kitten could need anything from cage rest to surgery. Many cats move on to survive the ordeal as long as you keep them clean after surgery and keep a close eye on them so that they won't move around too much.

You should take this kitten to the vet immediately. A broken bone on a pet will not heal properly without medical treatment, without which it could die.

You need to discuss with your vet the best course of action. Sometimes a broken pelvis can heal and the cat will live a normal life, but other times not much can be done and you have to weigh the kitten's quality of life. You'll need x-rays done and and see what options there are.

You need to take it to a vet and see what they recommend. Depending on how bad the break is and the age and health of the kitten, the kindest thing may be to put it down.
