Drape a towel over him to capture him with minimal thrashing. Place him in a box with a towel on the bottom and take him to a wildlife rehabilitation center.

The best thing you can do is call the autobahn. It is very difficult to take care of wild birds in captivity.

Your best bet is to contact your local Humane Society and ask for the phone number for your nearest Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Please note that fractures must be set within 48 hours or they will heal incorrectly or possibly even become infected. Make the call as soon as you can!
