First get to the administriative login pages. you can look for links or add administrator type page to common URLs to see if an admin page exists. Then guess passwords

To get past blocked websites, you don't need any passwords. All you need to do is set up a proxy so that you download the data from safe servers.

To break the past password you must restart your computer. When the computer is starting up a black screen with words should pop up. It will say for settings F6 or something like that. Click the one for settings and everything should be easy to do after that.

Breaking any password to a site on which you are not authorized is illegal. If you aren't supposed to be on the site, you shouldn't.
