How can I troubleshoot download problems on a Samsung M320?

If you go in to your setting you should be able to see trouble shoot then you clickj on it then it should trouble shoot the problems you have on the phone if that doesnt work then you can call the company and they should help you trouble shoot it

I had a samsung phone with download problems also. It turns out it was just the format of the downloads. Make sure your phone quality is good enough.
