Chickweed is a good place to start. Or a regular allotment of bitters (yarrow, wormwood, golden seal, rue) help by speeding up fat metabolism. Adding lemon juice to water helps.

Natural medicine is great for prevention of disease and health conditons, its not great for treating existing conditions. Lipomas are usually not malignant, get it removed.

Any of natural medicine is great to relieve the systoms of lipoma however, it does not cure or treat your lipoma. You will have to take any advise of your doctor in order to cure your lipoma.
