Start by keeping a calender of your menstrual cycle. If you're on a 28 day cycle, ovulation will occur 14 days after the start of your period; 30 day cycle, 15 days after, etc. When your ovulating, your base temperature goes up a bit, so take your temperature every day. You will also have clear vaginal discharge.

There are tests available for purchase that will tell you if you are ovulating. Also, your discharge will be of a certain texture/consistacy during ovulation. When you notice the changes in your discharge you will be able to figure out when you are ovulating.
