Might have a slight heart palpitation, which isnt deadly. The blood rushes into your ventricle of your heart through a pressure gradient, and it cannot go backwards due to valves. The palpitation is when a bit of blood goes backwards and will bump your heart to get it back in.

It is a premature heartbeat in which the heart attempts to beat before it has completely filled and pumps only a small amount of blood.

Well, what doesn't happen is that the heart doesn't actually move around much more than normal. The heart is enclosed in a sac called the pericardium which in turn is fixed into a relatively enclosed space between the lungs by connective tissue. Any sensation is likely due to a spike in blood pressure as can happen in the flight-or-flight response.
