You won't know for sure unles you take her in. Although you will notice signs. Was she in heat and around males? Has she gained weight? When the puppies mature you can feel them move with in her belly. These are a few ways to tell, but taking her to a vet is your best option.

Some of the things you need to watch to tell if she is pregnant are frequent urination, increased appetite. Also she will tend to sleep a lot and play less.
