How can I submit my commercial ideas to marketing companies?

Marketing companies are not interested in external suggestions. They will only listen to their clients and their own employees. If you want to make a commercial, you'll either need to directly convince the business you want to advertise for that they should hire you, or get a degree and then a job in advertising.

You can't unless you work there. Accepting ideas from outsiders will leave the company open to lawsuits if a commercial is made similiar to an idea someone had submitted.

Marketing and commercial ideas cannot be submitted as advertisers and marketers consult expert firms to create ideas for them. As lot of study goes into every idea

The best way to make those ideas is either by email or by making a presentation to a company , I recommend a presentation , you have higher credibility.
