How can I stop weeds from growing in the walkway?

Pull them by hand, cut off their roots with a scuffle hoe, or turn them under with a rototiller before they go to seed.

First, buy a good weed killer, that comes with a hose, so that you can get into the cracks. Spray every single crack on your walkway, whether you see wigs or not. After the weed killer is dry, clean out the cracks, so there is no grime or dirt. You will need to fill the cracks, try landscaping fabric.

You can simply pour table salt over the weeds that are already there. The saly kills the weeds, however they do tend to grow back.

If your interested in a none toxic way to kill the weeds, boil water in a kettle and carefully pour along the weeds. Add some salt to keep from returning.
