You need to wash thouroughly with warm tap water and a mild soap after that put either some aloe on it or find a very soothing lotion to use.

If the burns aren't too severe you can use some good hand or skin lotion to help heal the damage. Otherwise you made a doctors advice.

Well it seems like your skin could be very sensitive. So just apply some apple cider vinegar and or polysporin.

first of all rinse very well with cool water. Pat dry. leave it alone after that unless it starts to blister. Depending upon how bad the blister is, you can either put Neosporin on it or see a doctor. Use your regular pain medication (tylenol/ibuprofen) for pain.

To stop a bleach burn, you will need to clean the burned area with a steady stream of cold water for approximately 10-20 minutes.

If your skin or eyes come into contact with bleach, the affected area should be rinsed with plenty of water immediately. Continue to rinse or flush the area with water until the burning subsides. If the burning continues after this, immediately contact a doctor or other health professional to seek help.
