How can I stay thin like Victoria Beckham?

She is my idol. How does she do it?

Different people have different body types. Unless you were genetically built the same way as Victoria Beckham, you're unlikely to look exactly like her. The best way to reach your ideal weight is to maintain a healthy diet and do 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times per week.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a healthy way to look like her if you don't already. You'd either need to starve yourself (not recommended) or have a naturally fast metabolism.

She has a naturally thin frame. She also exercises a lot, including high calorie burning workouts. She also does not eat that many calories to stay that thin. This most likely isn't healthy for most people.

All humans bodies work on the basic fact of metabolic rate of the body and the food intake. A great body like Victoria's need a lot of discipline and dedication.

Victoria Beckham is awfully thin, but if she is doing it properly, she is staying thin by eating healthy and exercising regularly.
