How can I repair my Porter-Cable router?

You must send it in to your provider. There is not much you can do without voiding your warranty on the router and even then you would need the proper documentation to repair it.

Sorry this is not a computer question. Porter-Cable Router is a Power Tool, Go to your local Sears store, the service department can order almost any part.

This depends on the problem. The manual often gives an exploded view for guidance on taking it apart and putting it back together. If this is an older router, the problem may be that the brushes on the motor need restored, in which case your local electrical shop can help.

At squido you can get nearly every part you need to exchange: adapters, cables and many more. First of all I would try to switch it off and on again.
