How can I raise the height of my heavy bag?

If you are talking about a heavy bag as in like ones that they use to train boxers, it is pretty easy to raise the height. You can get a shorter chain to hook the bag up, or you can clip the bag a little higher on the chain provided.

First you need to relieve the pressure of the weight of the bag. Try a stool or something else to prop it up. Once you've done that you can adjust.
