How can I pull out a dental filling?

First, i don't know why you would want to do this. A dentist is the best person to decide if this is the right way to go. If the filling is loose then see a dentist.

The only way you could possibly pull out a dental filling is if it is already loose. You could try using tweezers if you can grab it.

If you want to get rid of your filling, you will have to go to a dentist. You can't take out your own filling without causing enormous damage to the tooth, and possibly even the surrounding teeth. It should be a relatively simple thing for a dentist to remove and replace your filling.

If you try to pull out a dental filling by yourself you may cause irreparable damage. You need to have it done professionally.

If you have a filling that needs to be removed, you should see a dentist. Attempting to remove it yourself could cause more damage to the cavity.

Your dentist did nottt tell you to pull out your own filling!!!!! he should NOT be a dentist if he did!
