You would go to tools, letters and mailings and then envelopes and labels. Then you will be able to create and print the labels that you need.

Its just like any other thing you would do in Word. Just typeset the label with the border and text. Then print it on the sheet that you intend to use. If you want a sticky label, then print on a sticky paper. Its simple.

I will suggest you to down load riklable it will be very easy to create label and print label from word document.
