Leave the rental unit in the same, or preferably better, condition than when you moved in. Normal wear and tear is expected. Damage, trash and uncleanliness is not.
Take very good care of your place. Keep it clean. Wash every surface do not leave anything untouched and you will be able to get back most of, if not all of your deposit.
