How can I make paper sparkle?

You can buy sparkle paper by the sheet and in books at scrapbooking/craft stores and places like WalMart. To make your own, just sprinkle very fine glitter onto construction paper or craft paper - enough should cling to make the child happy. (It will rub off however, with heavy handling.)

You can try using glitter. Just put glue on the paper and sprinkle the glitter on top. That will make it look like it sparkles.

One way is to use a paintbrush to cover the paper in glue and then sprinkle glitter all over the paper. The 2nd way is to use glimmer mist.
