To make marshmallow fondant, you need a 16 oz. bag mini marshmallows and 3-5 tablespoons water. Melt marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals until melted, stirring inbetween. Add water tablespoon at a time. Mix in mixer on low until blended. Knead by hand until smoothe.
