2 iron rings should be welded together as a cylinder and cover it using net, make arrangement such that fish can only enter through it. This arrangement can be made using a small piece of net. Place this thing in pond or river with some bate inside and keep it overnight. Enjoy fishing..

Fishing structures can be made from a variety of items. Christmas trees work well as a simple structure. Structures can also be made from stacking old tires together or by nailing wooden fence post together. Cinder blocks are the best way to anchor any structure. Intricate structures that provide food and cover for baitfish will in turn attract game fish.

Use an old bush or tree and use a concrete block tied at the base , sink the tree at the end of a dropoff in the water. Make sure to remember where you sank the tree.

There is a kit you can purchase to make a fishing structure. It is a plastic PVC ball about the size of a basketball with about 30 holes in it.With the kit there is about 30 pieces of 1/2 inch PVC pipes about 24 inches long. You just glue the pipe into the holes and tie on an anchor.

A really easy way to make a fishing structure is to take a heavy, nice looking rock and adding it to your fish tank.

Check carefully with your local DNR before doing it, but a tree made out of PVC piping is great because it won't fall apart. Anchor with cinder blocks.

I am assuming you mean a homemade dock. Go to the lake and look at similar structures and materials, and if anyone is around, ask them for advice.
