Take skating lessons from a professional who can teach you the required skills as well as the proper way to do various jumps. Rather than take a chance injuring yourself in a self-imposed trial-and-error course, ask for help from the pro at the rink where you skate.

Learning to do figure skating jumps will take a lot of time, patience and continuos practice. It is not something you will learn over night. These figure skating jumps take time to learn.

The best way to learn to do this is to first know what you are doing. Start with the basics and as you get better and better move onto bigger things until you reach your goal. Just remember practice makes perfect. There also may be lessons available.

My daughter skated when we lived in Colorado. It takes alot of pratice, so if your willing to put in the effort then you can.
