There are many books available such as Napkin Origami: 25 Creative and Fun Ideas for Napkin Folding by Brian Sawyer and The Little Book of Towel Origami by Allison Jenkins. Both of these books include step by step instructions as well as full color photographs. Online instructions are also available for more basic designs.

Yes there are books and dvd's available. You could either use your local library or do a search on the internet to buy the relevant book or dvd.

There are books on the topic that you can find online or in a book store. Other people may be able to teach you how to do this.
