The best way is to kill nazi zombies in Call of Duty. Seriously, video games. Just don't get a wii, that motion body movement crap doesn't work. If you move your hand at all it does what you want, it takes no skill. Get an xbox or ps3.

Throw a ball around with someone. I played softball for 10 years and my eye hand coordination is excellent. Just toss something and catch it.
