If it is caused by fleas, give it a flea bath and a flea collar. If it has a rash, take it to the vet to find out why.

To help your itchy cat you can take it to the vet. You can put some olive oil in its food to act as lotion.

Get the allergy test done like Rast Test (In-vitro (laboratory) test, performed on your pet's blood) and skin tests. use medicated shampoos and antibiotics.
