How can I heal the sores on my foot?

How long have you had this sore? How bad a sore is it? This is something you might want to check with your doctor about you could be diabetic and this is why your sore is not healing , or it could be infected another reason why it is not healing.

You should have it checked out, it could be something serious. Never leave it unchecked. Go to the doctor now to see what is wrong with your feet. Leaving the problem unchecked isn't good.

You need to keep pressure off the areas with sores on your foot and them wrap them loosely so that air can still get to them.

Healing foot sores depends on what is causing them. Applying antibiotic ointment and covering the sores with a clean bandage my speed up the healing process.
