Unless you are an expert at working with glass, this is something that you don't want to try. Glass blowers are the only people that can do this.

You need a kiln and glass blowing equipment to properly melt glass. This will run you thousands, so I recomend taking a glass blowing class.

If you only need to melt small amounts of glass (e. g. for making lampworked beads or jewelery), you can use a small propane torch.
