There is an easy way to find someone in the US Navy. You can go to a local recruiting centre and ask the recruiter for a "yes" or "no" if they are in the service. The recruiter can then send an email with your email listed, suggesting he contact you.

The best way to find anyone of enlistment age, these days, would be simply to look them up on Facebook.
