How can I get slim legs?

The rest of my body is great except for my legs. They are too big.

Well, one of the things you can do is start running that will slim out your legs. Also you can do squats and get on a stationary bike or if you have a real bike you can do that. I am sure that will help out too. I would also see your doctor before starting any exercise problem.

Really the only way would probably be to do exercises for this problem area. Usually when you try to lose weight you lose it all over. Activities like walking, bike riding and jogging will slim your legs down.

Concentrate on exercises specifically targeted for the legs. Walking is the best exercise and it won't be too strenuous on the knees. Start out slow, for example The first couple of weeks walk a mile a day, then gradually build up to 3-5 miles a day. You will notice toning of the legs.

To slim and tone one's legs, exercise is required. In order to lose the weight from the legs, one must start with a cardio work out such as running or jump roping. Once the desired weight is lost, one must tone the muscle. Pilates is a great way of doing this.

You have many options. Exercise and diet being one. Liposuction, laser therapy and massage another. There are also many over the counter pills and topicals that have slimming benefits.
