You can't spot-reduce fat on your body. Doing up to sixty minutes a day of cardio like running, brisk walking or cycling will help you strengthen your legs, which could make them appear slimmer.

The fastest way to get slim legs is to do aerobic exercise. You should start out 3-4 times a week performing aerobic exercise for at least 30-45 minutes each time. The two best to start with are either cycling or walking.

To firm your leg muscles, try doing squats and lunges. However, there is really no way to just slim down one part of your body. You can tone and tighten by focusing your exercises on one part, though. Also try doing step aerobics, walking, and doing different types of dance.
