Get yourself a manager to deal with legal aspects of contracts and organising shows then send out as many high quality demos as you can to labels, festivals & venues. The best way to get noticed though is to perform live very regularly and at a wide range of venues.

You will have to make some demo tapes and get them out to the record companies. It helps to have an "in" at the company b/c they get so many demos they don't listen to most.
