Toads are beneficial to have to eat the worms. You can buy them or place a rock and a pot upside down in your garden to encourage them. Wood ashes dampened and placed around plants is a help, too. Early plowing and fall plowing can help prevent eggs hatching. Sevin dusted onto leaves is a must!

There's several methods. You can spray a mixture of salt water and spray the plants that have the worms, or you can pick them off by hand. Another method is to plant a wasp or bird eating plant near where the worms are to attract a bigger predator.

The easiest way to rid your vegetables of worms and mites is to put together a mixture of one tablespoon dish liquid and 12 ounces of water in a sprayer. It smothers the bugs .

Basically you want to spray raid all over it but then they may be infected. So just try using some lemon to get them off.
