Use a cream that contains Hydroquinone (there are many available if you search the internet). In severe cases, you may have to combine a Hydroquinone cream with laser treatment and/or chemical peel.

There is no way to actually completely remove sunspots from your face, but you can definitely hide them by applying a thicker foundation or pressed powder to your face as a part of your daily makeup routine. Good coverup choices include Neutrogena or CoverGirl cosmetics, and the best pressed powders come from makeup counters like Clinique.

Sunspots sometimes subsist over time. I have seen sunspots dissapear after getting more sun, but that usually causes others to pop up elsewhere. You can hide them by getting a tan that equals their color. Only a dermatologist can remove sunspots using skin peels or sometimes more invasive measures. I personally believe they can be cute.

There are a slew of age spot creams on the market. They include top brands Olay, L'Oreal, and Physicians Formula. Choose one that addresses your age spots and your skin type. In Addition, you can try home remedies like apple cider, lemon juice, and vitamin E with aloe vera.

If they are not too dark, you can try creams or Vitamin K extract, applied topically. If that doesn't work, consider light therapy such as the Baby Quasar, it's expensive but effective and you can treat yourself at home.
