In order to get stand by flights you will have to go to the airport that day and ask if there are any stand by seats available. Sometimes you can catch a flight online, however this is harder to do since there is no way to see if you will be on standby.
There are only two ways that you can get an a standby flight. One way is to get last- minute confirmation, or to pay a fee for early confirmation. Either way, there is not always a guarantee that you can get on.
