Unless you have a connection immediate publishing success is not an option,but there are other avenues. The easiest method is self publishing followed by tremendous amounts of self promotion.

You need to submit them to publishers. Get a copy of the most recent copy of the Writer's Market or visit publisher's websites and look for submission information.

You can always send your manuscripts to an editor for review. While you may think their good, it's good to get an objective opinion. Your best bet is a smaller, genre publisher like Necro Publications. They are more likely to take a chance on a new writer.

You can absorb the cost yourself and self publish, but then you have to market. If you want to look for a publisher, small press (as compared to large ones like Bantam or Random House) are more likely to take a new author. Many publishers now give small advances or royalties only.
