How can I get a thicker butt and legs?

Building muscles in your butt and legs can add thickness. When lifting weight lifting higher weights (more lbs) at lower reps (fewer times) help add bulk

The best way to get a thicker butt and legs is to eat more and do a lot of walking and running. You need to increase you food intake so that you are not burning off everything you eat by exercise. To thicken the legs the best exercise is to walk long distances. Climbing stairs is a good option.

I would recommend doing a lot of squats. This will be the fastest way to gain your goal. Other exercises which would be helpful would be leg extension, hamstring curls and leg press. All of these will help, but in the end, squats will be the best exercise to get what you want.

Take protein shakes and supplements and hit those machines and the track. Just keep working yourself but don't over do it. Up the ante every time you hit the gym, but give your body time to repair as well. Keep lifting more any more weights and make sure your diet is loaded with protein.
