Go to their website and look under 'Job Opportunities' to see what positions they are hiring for. You will probably most likely need a resume as well.

Probably the easiest way to get a job at the High Desert Museum is just to try to apply as a tour guide!

Well you need to make a good resume and have some great volunteer experience and express your interest at working there. Also schedule an information interview about that place and show that you really want to work there and that it is your dream job and what not. It shouldn't be too hard.
