What could be the cause of my having high monocytes, swollen glands and diarrhea?

There are literally thousands of illnesses which have the symptoms described. Common diagnoses for these symptoms are bacterial and viral infections of the gastrointestinal system. Further information is needed to make an educated guess about the cause of the symptoms. Is there any blood or mucous in the diarrhea?

All of the symptoms indicate the presence of an infection. A complete physical exam along with further blood testing should be completed by a medical doctor.

These symtoms could be a sign that one may have lymphoma. Of course, an infection or virus could be the culprit as well.
