How can I fix my lawn that was vandalized with bleach?

The bleach has not only killed off your grass at the roots but also poisoned the soil. You'll need to dig out the topsoil and replace it, either by reseeding or sodding.

Before taking the drastic step of resodding, you might try flushing away the bleach with lots of waterings... there is a chance that you will be able to revive the grass. If it works, use a dethatching rake to get rid of the dead blades as the new grass grows.

i am not sure that you would be able to revive that grass that was killed. you are probably best off by removing the killed grass and replacing it with new sod. water heavily and it should integrate well with the surrounding grass.

Dig up the grass and a couple inches of soil underneath. Put down new soil. Then, plant new grass seed or lay down new sod.
