You should go to the dentist as soon as possible to get it fixed. The dentist will probably cap or fill it. You need to get this fixed before it gets worse or causes infection. The pain will be very very bad if you let it get any worse. You could also lose the entire tooth.

Well, my first thought is see a dentist. If your short of cash most dental schools offer free services and do exceptional work. If you really must do it your self, there are some over-the-counter glues and dental cements that you can use to put the tooth back together.

You go to the dentist. They will fix it if possible if not they will pull it so that it cannot cause you problems in the future.

The only real fix is to seek Dental care. They will likely use bonding on the tooth, cap it, or remove it and suggest a bridge or implant. Once your tooth is broke you really can't fix it yourself.

You can't fix the tooth. This needs to be done by the dentist. Keep the broken part of the tooth and when you go to the dentist give him the tooth, he might be able to attach it somehow.

There really isnt a way for you to fix your tooth on your own. The longer you wait to go to the dentist the worse its going to get.
