For publicly traded companies, this information is available in their SEC filings. These reports are often available online and include compensation package details for corporate officers.

It's best to talk directly to the clerical office in charge of finance in your corporation. As it is on a company by company basis.

In most corporations, this is restricted information. However, a corporation may have a mandatory disclosure for compensation for the President, CEO, Chairman and the corporate board. If they do not, you can file a stockholder initiative requesting that this disclosure for compensation be required each year as stockholder information - which also becomes public information.

If the company is publicly traded (that is, it has stock or debt that the general public can buy and sell), the company will have Securities Exchange Commision filings each year that will give the compensation paid to its highest officers. If a company is not publictly traded, you probably cannot find this information out.
