How can I customize basketball shoes?

One way would be to use a water-based glue and sealer, I use a product called Mod Podge. Then you can draw directly onto the sneaker and then apply 5 thick coats of the sealer, letting dry between each coat. If you are not 'artistic' enough to draw something you can cut out pictures from magazines and collage the sneaker.

If money is not a factor for these shoes you can contact designers to make the shoes, but if it is then go to the major brand websites like nike, adidas, and converse and you can do it there or buys paint and do it yourself.

You can get custom shoes on websites by doing a search but if you just want something simple like your name or number on them I would recommend eastbay because they have shoes where you can add that. They sometimes do it for free with orders oover a certain amount.

There are a lot of things you can do. You can tie the laces in many fancy ways. You could use magic markers too. My friend cut off the toes like a hobos shoes and everyone though it was the coolest. I don't use laces because I am a unique individual too.
