Laser is the best option, there will still be some mark but it will be almost invisible. Other ways are to cover it or to cut the skin. You choose.

Any tattoo can be removed. The question is if you got one you don't want now are you getting one removed you might want later. Tattoos are like kids don't do it unless your sure.

There are several different laser procedures which can be used to remove this ink. There are also certain lotions that over time will do it.

By laser I don't think it would be quite safe although there is a new painless cream for removing tattoos I believe it's called Reckingball.

By laser just as any other. A tattoo behind the ear isn't any different that a arm or leg tattoo when it comes to laser removal. It is the same basic and painful process.
