How can a boy look so many times at a girl and not be a little interested?

Maybe he is not really looking at the girl, only that direction while thinking about something else. Could be something that preoccupies him a lot so that he is not focused on the things around but his attention is converted inside his mind, trying to solve or to clarify the idea that he thinks needs to be thought thoroughly.

He may simply be looking at a girl because she is funny looking. People like to see both what is beautiful and freakish.

Well, maybe the boy is just someone who watches people, or maybe you had something on your face or shirt that he was looking at. Just because a person looks at you, unfortunately does not mean he is interested in you. The only way to know for sure whether he's interested is to talk to him about it.

that is strange because if a boy can't stop staring at you he must like the way you look. or maybe you might look like someone he knows. i just think that there interested because when i first met my boyfriend he just kept on staring at me non stop lol and then like three days later he ask me out
